What is Knotty Tales

  • Started off as a humble yet ambitious wedding and events planning company in July 2015, Knotty Tales has gone to become a well known, trendy, and trustworthy brand in the field of fashion and event planning. Combining their two best fortes –fashion and events planning together Knotty Tales has initiated a string of 11 highly successful fashion pop shows across the metro cities of the country. Having achieved a raging and a rather overwhelming success in this field, Knotty Tales has now stepped out into creating their own designer label of luxury fashion and clothes for the modern contemporary confident woman of today.

Who are the style editors?

  • Our primary style editors are the two established co-founders of Knotty Tales –Pallavee Duggall and Gauri Pradhan. Our two style editors have personally created a variegated line up of fashion and clothing for women under several different categories of women’s wear which leaves the fashion enthusiasts with a bespoke and aesthetic line of choices to choose from. Knotty Tales label offers an impressive set of accessories to go with the clothes that they personally design and believe in, accessories that strike a unique balance between trend and tradition.

Online Orders

  • Can I change/cancel my order?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer the option of being able to cancel the order once placed.
  • Has my order been dispatched yet?
    We will send you a confirmation email with a tracking code as soon as your order has been dispatched.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes, we do have the facility to do so. Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB No.) and the respective courier partner’s name will be sent to you via email. Please do visit our courier partner website which maybe any one of Fedex, Aramex and Delhivery and enter your AWB no. in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment which will also tell you the date of delivery. Shipping and Delivery

  • Do you deliver internationally?
    Yes, we do deliver and ship products all across the globel
  • Is there an additional international delivery charge?
    Yes, there will be an additional delivery charge according to your order for international deliveries.
  • Is there a minimum amount for international delivery?
    We do deliver internationally but there is a minimum requirement of USD 250 for the shipping to be initiated across international waters.
  • Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
    Duties and taxed for international orders are not included as part of product or shipping charges. Most countries charge duties on imported items that are levied at the time of port entry and vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of your order delivery after you receive the invoice from the shipping agent.
  • How long does delivery take?
    Domestic orders are usually delivered within 5 business days while International orders are usually delivered within 7 working days.
  • Is there an additional shipping charge?
    Yes, there would be an additional shipping charge of INR 150 for domestic delivery.

Exchange and Return Policy

  • Can I return/exchange products I have purchased online?
    Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange if it meets the following conditions -
    i. An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. it does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
    ii. If the product you have received has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
    You can avail this option from the support or the customer care of the Knotty Tales Label.
  • What if I need a different size in the same clothing that I have purchased?
    Please ensure proper reference to the size chart before making a purchase. If however, you would still need a different size in the same style of clothing that you have ordered you need to-
    i. Courier the product back to us.
    ii. Once the unused product is received at our end, we will issue you a credit note after deducting the applicable shipping charge iii. You can then use the credit note to place a new order and choose the correct size.
  • How long will it take to process my return?
    On average it takes around 5-7 business days to process the return/exchange order.
  • Do you have a reverse pick up service?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer the reverse pick up service.
  • Can I change/cancel my order?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer the option of changing or cancelling your order once placed.

Payment

  • What online payment methods do you accept?
    We accept the following online payment methods-
    Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
    Net Banking- all major banks .
    Debit Cards- all major banks.
    Wallets.
  • How do I use Credit Notes, Gift Cards and Vouchers for making payments?
    To use these online, simply enter the unique code provided when you check out. If your order value exceeds the balance amount on the gift card or credit note, the balance must be paid at the checkout. Validity of credit notes, gift cards and vouchers can be extended. If the payment was made using a credit note/gift card, any refund against the purchase will be in the same form.
  • Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD?
    Yes, we do have the option of cash on delivery, which can be availed before checking out of your cart.
